Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Project Review Team Lead in Mechanicsburg, PA. This onsite role supports the Project Review Manager, coaches the team, and makes decisions on abnormal circumstances to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include reviewing measurements, photos, and scans for all jobs, finalizing reviews for accuracy, and coordinating with Scheduling for inspections. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred, and independent work is expected.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

• Complete final review and analysis of each job to ensure documents, tier, hours, and status are accurate before moving forward.
• Determine when on-site inspections are needed and coordinate with Scheduling to set pre-installation appointments.
• Monitor employee performance against goals and provide real-time coaching under the Project Review Manager.

Purpose of Position:

As a Project Review Team Lead at West Shore Home, you will support the Project Review Manager in keeping the Project Review Team on process and properly prioritized. The Project Review Team Lead will also provide coaching, training, and decision‑making on abnormal circumstances.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Responsible for reviewing measurements, pictures, and scans provided by the In-Home Sales Representatives for all assigned jobs.
• Complete final review and analysis of each job to ensure measure documents, job tier, hours, and status are accurate before moving forward.
• Determine when on-site inspections are needed and coordinate with the Scheduling team to set pre-installation appointments.

• Monitor employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching with guidance of Project Review Manager.

Must‑Have Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
