e-STORAGE, a leader in battery energy storage systems, seeks a Project Quality Manager to plan, lead, and monitor quality across multifaceted projects in the US. You will drive the Site-Specific Quality Plan, oversee ISO-aligned procedures, and coordinate with owner reps, EPCs, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in project quality, and hands-on QA tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in quality, project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project quality management, preferably in renewable energy.
• Hands-on quality tools experience; Six Sigma green/black belt is a plus.
• Lead auditor certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up, implement, and update PQMS according to ISO standards.
• Lead safety and quality culture across projects.
• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor QA activities on site.
• Develop SSQP and ITP to meet clients' contractual requirements.
• Lead and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and document quality issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and O&M teams.
• Travel within the US, Canada, Europe; flexible hours as needed.
