Job summary

Oklo Inc. is seeking a Project Quality Lead to supervise project QA/QC activities and ensure rigorous quality controls across engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, testing, and turnover. The role requires leading field and office quality resources and auditing programs to meet ASME NQA-1 and ANSI/ANS-15.8 standards.

You will plan work, mentor staff, and partner with EPC leadership to deliver safe, reliable projects in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality assurance/quality control experience in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and ANSI/ANS-15.8.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project Quality Assurance Program across engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover.
• Supervise quality specialists, inspectors and coordinate audits, surveillances, and assessments.
• Interpret contractual and regulatory requirements and translate to practical project controls.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection/test plans, and audit schedules.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor quality activities and documentation.
