BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Project/Program Manager to support learning experiences for nonprofit, international audiences. The role focuses on planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of Elevate for Changemakers programs and events.

You will coordinate operations across content, platform, partner, marketing, reporting, and learner support workstreams, turning ambiguity into clear next steps while working remotely for a CST time zone.

Location: Remote (CST)

Role overview

Our client is seeking a Project/Program Manager to support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences for nonprofit, international organization, and social impact audiences.

This role will coordinate program operations across content, platform, partner, marketing, reporting, and learner support workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and able to turn ambiguity into clear next steps.

Key responsibilities

Program operations and delivery

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for Elevate for Changemakers learning programs and events.
• Track workstreams across platform readiness, content updates, partner needs, learner support, and launch milestones.

Stakeholder and partner coordination

• Support stakeholder communications, including creating and updating platform-related content, meeting follow-ups, issue tracking, and action-item management.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve learner, platform, accessibility, reporting, and content issues.

Documentation and launch readiness

• Maintain program documentation, status updates, trackers, and launch-readiness materials.
• Surface dependencies, risks, and blockers and help drive clear ownership and next steps.

Reporting and learner experience

• Support reporting and insights by gathering data, identifying patterns, and escalating risks or blockers.
• Help ensure learners and partners have a smooth experience across registration, live sessions, on-demand learning, and completion or badge workflows.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, program management, learning operations, partner programs, or digital skilling initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort managing multiple moving pieces across teams and deadlines.
• Clear written communication and strong follow-through.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar collaboration tools.
• Interest in AI skilling, social impact, nonprofits, or international development is a plus.
