Base pay range

$86.08/hr - $86.08/hr

About The Role
The Design Program Manager defines the scope, goals, and milestones of design projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Tracking the program and managing communications with stakeholders
• Coordinating resources and scheduling
• Managing collaboration among design, engineering, and product teams
• Monitoring project progress and quality, resolving issues and risks

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in design and technology as a design manager, design ops, or project manager
• Strong understanding of design processes, tools, and principles
• Knowledge of technical aspects like coding, testing, and deployment
• Excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets)
• Proficiency in communication technologies, especially Slack
• Highly organized

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with cross-functional teams

This role's pay range is approximately $64.56/hour to $86.08/hour, as expected by Magnit.
