Day to day duties:

• Business rebrand, bigger to smaller brand architecture.
• Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
• Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done.
• Working off of expected tasks – project management heavy
• Help scale the full time team who are focusing on other tasks
• May be creating trackers
• Making sure team mates are meeting deadlines, and moving through tasks within correct time frame.
• Manage stakeholders
• Working with cross functional teams
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience
• Experience with product development / managing E2E lifecycle
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Ideally they have worked in retail / CPG
• Familiarity with PLM systems to manage projects (ex: Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Vendor management / experience working with external stakeholders
• Previous Amazon experience is always a plus
