• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and transportation pricing.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and database management tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role is responsible for leading pricing activities for strategic freight opportunities, supporting commercial growth and ensuring competitive, profitable pricing across multiple transportation modes. You'll work closely with sales, operations and leadership teams while driving continuous improvements to pricing processes.
