Tech Cargo, LLC. is seeking a Pricing Specialist to help customers move freight efficiently while driving profitable growth.

You will develop competitive pricing solutions by analyzing market conditions, negotiating with carriers, and preparing strategic rate proposals that balance customer value with company profitability. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and logistics partners to build lasting relationships, win new business, and deliver exceptional service on every shipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing experience in Freight Forwarding or NVOCC.
• Deep knowledge of Ocean, Air, and Ground transport.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining pricing databases and rate cards.

As a Pricing Specialist at Tech Cargo, you will play a key role in helping our customers move freight efficiently while driving profitable growth for the business. You'll develop competitive pricing solutions by analyzing market conditions, negotiating with carriers, and preparing strategic rate proposals that balance customer value with company profitability. By collaborating with Sales, Operations, and our logistics partners, you'll contribute to building long-term relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional service across every shipment.

Key Responsabilities:

• Prepare competitive quotations for international and domestic freight (Ocean, Air & Ground).
• Negotiate rates and commercial agreements with ocean carriers, airlines, trucking companies, and logistics providers.
• Analyze market trends, carrier capacity, costs, and margins to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update freight rates, surcharges, and pricing databases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure pricing solutions are accurate, executable, compliant with company policies, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support strategic bids and large customer opportunities with competitive pricing proposals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier optimization, and continuous process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Pricing within the Freight Forwarding and/or NVOCC industry.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, including Ocean, Air, and Ground transportation.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to effectively utilize pricing, logistics, and business software..
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate market conditions and develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple quotations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, agents, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make sound business decisions within established processes.
