What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the demand intake process by capturing, assessing, and prioritizing demand requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests to the portfolio management office
- Support stakeholders in refining and clarifying demand requests to enhance decision-making
- Maintain and coordinate the backlog of the demand pipeline, providing regular updates to leadership
- Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements in demand
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires 4 years of related professional experience; 4-year college degree or a combination of education and work experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of intake and project lifecycle processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of Six Sigma, process reengineering, or process improvement experience desired
- Actively participates in employee resource groups or volunteering
- Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
