About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Operations to join our Marketing Operations team. This individual will be a go-to business partner for our Global Campaign Teams, our Global Sales organization, and most importantly our Global Sales Development organization. This role will be responsible for managing the reps who support the day to day operations within the Sales Development platforms including Outreach, 6Sense, and Drift.
The role will also play a vital role in building new processes, developing, analyzing, & delivering insights, creating and supporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business, and so much more. This position will manage our Enablement and Support team. This team spans all marketing tools and Sales Development tools. While there is not a need to be an expert in every tool, a natural curiosity to identify ways to optimize our teams and the tools they use is a main key to success.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
This position needs to be naturally curious and lead a team to be the same. We should both rigorously test new features and proactively look for issues in our processes constantly.
