Your Role:

This role is a critical member of the portfolio management office, acting as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests to our portfolio management office. Working with a variety of individuals from across the organization, this role will support stakeholders in submitting accurate requests, support the intake review process, and maintain an accurate backlog.

Your work:
  • Facilitate the demand intake process by capturing, assessing, and prioritizing demand requests
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests from across the organization into our portfolio management office.
  • Support stakeholders in refining and clarifying demand requests to enhance decision-making
  • Work with the business workstreams to ensure demand requests have a clear business value proposition and align with CSAA strategy and budgetary constraints
  • Assist in portfolio governance risk assessments to ensure the right risks have been evaluated for the right complexity of requests
  • Support intake review meetings, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Maintain and coordinate the backlog of the demand pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and business units on demand and portfolio status
  • Coordinate efforts across the workstreams to align schedules and fulfillment of business demands
  • Support requests through applicable governing bodies as appropriate
  • Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements in demand
Required Experience, Education and Skills
  • Typically requires 4 years related professional experience; 4 year college degree or combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Understanding of intake and project lifecycle processes
  • Able to work well with stakeholders at all levels, up to executives
  • Ability to work and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Exposure to working with portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheets)
  • Ability to support change and impart value within an organization
  • Able to anticipate business needs, assess risks, and prioritize demands effectively
  • You have excellent critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
What would make us excited about you?
  • 2 years Six Sigma, process reengineering or process improvement experience desired
  • Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.)
  • Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)
  • Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings

The national average salary range for this position is $80,820 - $89,800. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $72,810 - $107,900. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
