Jobtailor is seeking a Portfolio Reporting and Data Integrity Specialist to support EPMO with intake reviews, data validation, and governance. You will collect and reconcile data from PPM/SPM tools, analyze portfolio performance, and build dashboards and executive reports.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive data quality and actionable insights. You will design reporting standards, support tool configuration, and assist with process improvements and adoption efforts
Serve as a portfolio reporting and data integrity specialist for the EPMO
Provide SPM/PPM support, including intake data review, request monitoring, project record maintenance, reporting assistance, and issue resolution
Collect, reconcile, validate, analyze, and interpret portfolio data from SPM/PPM tools and related sources
Analyze requests, priorities, business cases, portfolio capacity, financial impacts, and business justification
Develop, maintain, and enhance portfolio reporting across service lines, roadmaps, strategic aspirations, intake requests, project status, financials, benefits, capacity, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes
Design, build, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, graphs, infographics, flow charts, executive summaries, and reporting views
Create and apply data definitions, reporting standards, metric logic, dashboard refresh routines, and quality-control checks
Structure and reconcile large data sets to identify trends, validate accuracy, support remediation, and prepare trend analysis
Monitor, document, escalat, and help remediate portfolio data-quality issues
Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc portfolio reports, including weekly actual/forecast, release-based, governance, dashboard, and executive decision-support reporting
Define reporting requirements, dashboard views, data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, data ownership expectations, and governance routines
Translate operational, financial, resource, strategic, and project performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
Support PPM/SPM tool sustainment, configuration needs, data-field usage, reporting views, user guidance, data stewardship, and adoption activities
Assist with process improvement, reporting automation, workflow refinement, and re-engineering efforts
Provide stakeholder follow-up, timeline tracking, meeting preparation, report distribution, and coordination of portfolio information requests
Establish, monitor, and improve resource management processes and capacity reporting
Maintain relationships with EPMO members, business partners, senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrates expertise in portfolio reporting, data integrity, and project performance analytics, with a strong focus on utilizing PPM and SPM tools to drive actionable insights and improve reporting processes. Proficient in developing dashboards and visualizations to support executive decision-making and enhance data quality.
