Depending on assignment, this role may focus primarily on project delivery, platform administration and enablement, or a blend of both. When focused on platform administration and enablement, this role may operate at the enterprise level — supporting platform standards and adoption across the organization — or within a specific department, supporting localized workflows, reporting, and ways of working.

What You'll Do
  • Project Leadership and Delivery: Act as Project Manager for small to medium-scale projects; partner with business leads, program managers, teams, subject matter experts and portfolio managers; establish structure; lead the project team; coordinate dependencies; manage risks; communicate status; and orchestrate successful and timely execution on stated objectives.
  • Platform Enablement and Adoption: Lead the onboarding, training, and enablement of teams and individuals onto the platform; drive adoption of standardized practices; coach and support end-users on how to set up, use, and maintain their work to standard; monitor adoption and data quality and flag gaps to leaders; and design and deliver reporting that translates platform data into actionable insights.
  • Platform Administration and Configuration: Administer the portfolio and project management platform at the enterprise or group level; manage platform structures, access, and governance processes; ensure the quality, hygiene, and consistency of how work is set up and maintained across projects and programs; configure templates, forms, workflows, dashboard; build and maintain platform automations, integrations, and advanced configurations; and recommend improvements that strengthen how systems is operating.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion project management and platform standards and best practices across the organization. Participate in activities to continuously improve project management and platform standards and best practices across the organization. Serve as a resource to individuals looking to learn and practice project management within FM

  • Partnership Building: Approachable and service-oriented, earning trust by being responsive, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed, whether supporting end-users, project teams or partnering with a department lead.
  • Presentation & Communication: Clear and accessible, communicating project status, risks, and changes effectively while also translating platform concepts and functionality into plain language that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful and practical, working through problems with a bias toward action, whether troubleshooting a platform issue or navigating a project obstacle.
  • Technical Ability: Curious and adaptable, quick to learn new platforms and capabilities; comfortable operating at both the administrative and end-user level. Proficient with standard project management and documentation tools (e.g., Workfront, Excel, PowerPoint).
