Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Planning Supervisor to oversee project planning and scheduling across the organization. You will lead the project management team, develop plans, coordinate with managers and stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong planning skills, and collaboration with contractors and employees to meet budgeted projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in project management, construction management, or engineering including leadership and budget/schedule oversight.
• PMP preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Supervisor of Project Planning is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects or programs within the organization, enterprise wide. This role ensures that project plans are developed, maintained, and executed effectively to meet organizational goals and deadlines. The supervisor collaborates with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
