Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Project Planning Supervisor. This hybrid role covers DE, MD and OH, and focuses on overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects enterprise-wide to meet deadlines and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, BA, Eng, or related field.
• 5 years of project management, construction management, or engineering with leadership and budget/schedule oversight.
• PMP preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, SAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.

The Supervisor of Project Planning is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects or programs within the organization, enterprise wide. This role ensures that project plans are developed, maintained, and executed effectively to meet organizational goals and deadlines. The supervisor collaborates with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

What you'll be working on:

• Provides leadership and guidance to the project management team.

Who you are:
