HII's Newport News Shipbuilding is seeking an experienced analyst to oversee operational aspects of projects, manage SHIPALTS and A&I workloads, and maintain schedules. You will report to the Technical Products Manager, prepare variance reports, and support staffing decisions with detailed labor data analyses.

The role requires 3+ years with MS Project on large-scale schedules, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent communication for senior leaders. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project on large-scale engineering schedules.
• Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
• Experience collecting and cleaning detailed labor data in shipbuilding or defense preferred.

Aufgaben

• Centrally track Ship Alterations (SHIPALTS) and A&I at group level manpower detail.
• Maintain Microsoft Project schedules for alteration projects.
• Generate weekly/monthly variance reports and highlight planned vs actual consumption.
