We're the sole designer, builder and refueler of U.S. Navy nuclear aircraft carriers and one of two providers of U.S. Navy nuclear submarines. Our collaborative culture integrates technology, manufacturing, and integration of the most powerful and survivable naval ships in the world.

Using the data, the analyst will model future workload scenarios to assess whether current engineer/designer staffing can meet projected demand, and will present findings and staffing justification to SUBE leadership. The position requires 3+years of experience with MicrosoftProject on large-scale engineering schedules, strong Excel/PowerBI reporting skills, proven ability to collect and clean detailed labor data (preferably in shipbuilding or defense), and excellent written and oral communication for senior-level briefings.
