Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a qualified project scheduler to develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex application projects, coordinating change-driven activities in line with PM best practices.

You will analyze trends, risks, and impacts, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment across schedules, baselines, and program plans using Open Plan Professional, Primavera, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with integrated scheduling tools (Open Plan Professional or Primavera).
• 3+ years of experience developing engineering schedules.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Analyzes trends, variances, and impacts to determine constraints involving product development and initiatives.
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential and develops mitigation planning.

Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyses, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex application projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry.

Studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, program initiatives.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional or Primavera.

3+ years of experience developing engineering schedules.

3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

Education:

Bachelor's and typically 5 or more years' related work experience, a master's degree

and typically, 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
