• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Experience in Production Site or Manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read a Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Demonstrated business acumen for presenting to customers (Project Office, Program Management and Senior Leadership).
• Proven cross-functional leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Operations Management or related production discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Onsite presence 3 days a week.
