Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a seasoned leader to manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and to coordinate recruitment, training, and performance assessment of a diverse team. The role oversees project and budget status, schedules, and issue resolution while interfacing with senior leadership and clients to drive safe, efficient operations across Base/Flight Operations, Fuel Farm, and ARFF teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role overseeing individual contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, conduct performance reviews and manage conflict.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a mixed team of individuals conducting performance evaluations and mentor team members.
• Address performance issues and resolve conflicts across diverse personalities and work styles.
• Oversee daily base/flight operations including sitewide notifications and movements and emergency coordination.
• Manage fuel farm activities including inventory control, quality assurance, storage safety, and distribution to aircraft.
• Lead ARFF readiness, training, equipment maintenance and emergency response coordination.
• Oversee budgets and resources allocated to these functions for optimal use.
