Job summary

ABM Industries seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to coordinate project activities, including layout, scheduling, cost accounting, problem-solving, documentation, and acceptance of system implementation. You will work with Site managers, System Engineers, and Technicians to meet completion dates and control building costs.

The role requires coordinating across phases, maintaining budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and timely project closure.

Qualifications

• English and Spanish language proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases from initiation to closing with clients and internal teams.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and documentation for each project.
• Manage vendor selection, RFQs, and procurement coordination.
• Ensure final acceptance, invoices, and financial closure.
