ADP, Inc. in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project staff.

You will handle clerical tasks, data collection, and reporting to ensure project success. You will act as the HR representative for project personnel, assist with new hire paperwork and payroll setup, maintain time cards, schedules, and vendor records, and coordinate meetings and travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required (Preferred).
  • Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred.
  • Professional demeanor; reliable and ethical.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as HR representative with respect to providing support and assisting project personnel in HR matters.
  • Key in payroll hours and work activities for project employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and manage mail distribution.
  • Maintain incidents/accidents database and follow up with insurers/individuals.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences and travel as requested.
  • Prepare monthly client reports, overtime, payroll, and work order activity reports.
  • Maintain project filing including training and license records and vendor insurance certifications.
  • Handle accounts payable and petty cash accounts including reconciliation.
  • Respond to inquiries and dispatch staff to incidents or client concerns as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
