Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams is desired.
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills are important.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering and automation projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Design, develop, and execute engineering projects and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
  • Develop engineering documentation, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

We are seeking talented and motivated Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Entry-Level Engineers to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative automation, control systems, and industrial solutions across a variety of industries. Responsibilities
Project Managers
  • Manage engineering and automation projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications
  • Design, develop, and execute engineering projects and technical solutions
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
  • Develop engineering documentation, specifications, and technical reports
  • Support system installation, testing, commission, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and technical execution
  • Support engineering teams with design, documentation, and technical analysis
  • Assist in developing project deliverables and engineering drawings
  • Participate in site visits, installations, and system testing activities
  • Learn industry standards, engineering processes, and project execution practices
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Project Managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
  • 2-5+ years of engineering experience preferred
  • Experience with industrial automation, controls, manufacturing, or process systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
  • Internship, co-op, or related engineering experience preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn
  • Exposure to CAD software, controls, or industrial systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
