Job summary

Livefront, with Zeal now part of the team, seeks a Project Manager to lead technology projects from kickoff to close across our LATAM hub based in Peru. You will align with clients and delivery teams, drive scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure delivery outcomes meet business goals.

You will work in a consulting setting, using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while fostering clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment.
• The ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals.

We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.
