People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site to oversee day-to-day contractor operations and serve as the COR liaison for IT, cybersecurity and logistics. The role requires a SECRET clearance minimum and Top Secret/SCI eligibility for specialized duties, with demonstrated DoD-project experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating site performance, ensuring SLAs and certifications, and maintaining schedules and reporting.

Qualifications

Position Title: Project Manager – WSMR

Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties. Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support integrated from the former ISOSS mission.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the WSMR site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
