Title: Healthcare Project Manager with experience working on Mobile/Tablet projects
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 6 months
Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of project business cases, considering financial, resource, and technological constraints.
• Develop project definition / project initiation documentation, clearly defining scope and project objectives.
• Understand EFTs, ERAs, reconciliations, and clearing houses.
• Document and report finance and accounting reporting.
• Utilize Emdeon’s Accupost software or similar.
• Facilitate business discovery sessions and deliverables such as current & future process mapping, gap analysis, and high level requirements.
• Create application user interface (UI) mock-ups for discovery sessions.
• Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document current operational processes.
• Identify and document project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Effectively present options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document detailed requirements, including Business, Functional, and System Requirements per waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Provide data mapping and system mapping matrices.
• Resolve complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Lead user acceptance testing.
• Understand change control processes, especially in relation to requirements documentation.
• Identify and manage/support business implementation tasks and process changes.
• Support compliance audits and maintain compliance assurance documentation (SOX / PCI).
• Maintain awareness of business and IT strategy within the organization.
