We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to assist with the implementation of various incentive initiatives, including security modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives, following up, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and has experience in end‑user computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Collaborate with technical resources, architects, engineers, and directors to drive initiatives.
• Develop and maintain deployment plans for projects such as Windows OS upgrades and security patches.
• Organize and prioritize workload to ensure continuous progress on multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with business units and customers to plan and execute deployments with minimal disruption.
• Follow up on project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide support for contingent workers, including extensions, coaching, issue resolution, and terminations.
• Create and present executive-level status reports, summarizing project progress, risks, issues, and roadblocks.
