J-Tec Material Handling, part of the Katoen Natie group, is seeking a Project Manager with commercial affinity to lead retrofit orders worldwide from Kapellen, Belgium. You will coordinate projects from A to Z, manage planning and budget, and serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

J-Tec Material Handling is looking for a Technical Account Manager responsible for the follow‑up and execution of retrofit orders. You are the first point of contact for customers and handle both technical and commercial requests (SPQs). You coordinate projects from A to Z, ensuring control over planning and budget, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
In this role, you evaluate customer inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and negotiate additional works. You are responsible for purchasing materials, aligning internally to prepare interventions, and keeping all order data up to date in the ERP system. You also create tickets for follow‑up and invoicing, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, report to the Business Line Manager, and guarantee accurate administrative handling, including timesheets and project planning.
