Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a $40M multifamily construction project in Florida. You will manage all phases of the project, oversee budgets, schedules, contracts and cost controls, and coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors and field teams to meet milestones.

This role requires a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, and 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a track record delivering multifamily

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Delivered at least 2 multifamily projects from start to finish as a Project Manager.
• Strong tenure with long-term commitments and reliability.

Job Description

• Manage all phases of a $40M multifamily construction project

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Delivered at least 2 multifamily projects from start to finish as a Project Manager
• Strong employment tenure with a history of long-term commitments
• Experience with concrete multifamily construction preferred
