Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our growing Midwest engineering consultancy in the Lawrence, Kansas area. You will own water/wastewater projects, liaise with clients, mentor engineers, and drive design through delivery.

Qualified candidates hold a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and 5+ years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to grow the team and win future opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
• Experience across water treatment, water distribution, wastewater treatment or collection systems
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
