Position Overview

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Manager with experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects to join our established water sector team in our FL offices. This role involves managing large, complex projects and leading the technical development of proposals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing large and complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.
2. Supervising less experienced project managers on smaller projects.
3. Leading planning, evaluation, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
4. Overseeing plans and specifications for new and rehabilitated facilities.
5. Providing construction engineering support services.
6. Developing technical proposals.
7. Building and maintaining client relationships as an account leader.

Candidate Requirements:

• BS degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• 10-15 years of experience in planning, design, or construction management of water-related projects.
• At least 5 years managing multidisciplinary projects.
• At least 5 years experience in proposal management for engineering projects.
• Strong technical skills, especially in water or wastewater treatment.
• Experience in developing and expanding client relationships.
