We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Water/Wastewater Project Manager who will support our water/wastewater market team, build strategic business partnerships, and deliver high-profile projects with key municipal clients in Florida. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Project Manager and/or key Technical Support for water and wastewater treatment projects – planning, directing, monitoring, and/or delivering all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. As a project manager, you will need to understand client organizations and processes, develop and maintain consistent relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that Jacobs is the consultant-of-choice for our clients.

• Embark on a journey where leadership meets innovation, spearheading teams to transcend project planning, execution, and culmination, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and contractual mandate. You will have direct access to Jacobs’ well-known, vast network of technical specialists and senior project managers to support your success and career advancement.
• Be accountable for successfully completing projects to the satisfaction of clients and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacobs’ business and policy expectations are met in the areas of health and safety, quality, financial, project delivery, and risk management.
• Play a leadership role in business development activities that result in the award of new contracts. This typically includes client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, oral presentations, and contract negotiations consistent with established business development processes.
• Contribute to the development of a Tampa Bay Region Market Strategy that delivers leading-edge technology solutions for our clients while also actively diversifying and expanding our client base.
• Demonstrate leadership by example with integrity and candor and in support of Jacobs Culture of Caring work environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff in the local and regional water group.

The base salary range for this position is $109,100.00 to $143,175.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
