Job summary

Leoforce in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with owners, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in water/wastewater construction, knowledge of Design-Build and CMAR methods, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relations while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater construction.
• Experience with Design-Build and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery methods.
• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and client relations.
• Ability to lead multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
