Join to apply for the Project Manager - Water/Wastewater role at RQAW | DCCM.

Due to tremendous growth at RQAW|DCCM, we are seeking a talented Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater Department in Fishers, IN. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil design for water/wastewater projects, including:

• Water and wastewater treatment plant design
• Distribution and collection systems design, including elevated storage tanks, booster stations, water mains, lift stations, low pressure and gravity sewers
• Modeling for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater
• Utility report preparation for funding sources

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee assigned projects
• Perform technical tasks including report writing, design, specifications, and plan preparation
• Train and oversee junior staff in calculations, plans, and reports
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Engage in business development and client relationship management
• Conduct field assignments as needed

Requirements:

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• Registered PE
• 8+ years in water/wastewater design with project management experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with CADD and modeling software
• Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, Civil 3D, and modeling tools like InfoWater and PCSWMM is a plus
• Knowledge of standards, permitting processes, and funding sources is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
