What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as engineer of record for project development plans, specifications, and estimates
- Oversee design activity from project engineers, design engineers, and CADD technicians
- Manage project billing, budget, scheduling, and client and sub-consultant management
- Prepare project scope and fee proposals, technical writing, man-hour estimates, and man-power projections
- Maintain technical design knowledge and expand capabilities through engineering committees or organizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Resources, or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in Water Resources and Environment Engineering with at least two (2) as a project manager
- Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland (or ability to apply for reciprocity)
- Working knowledge of regional marketing and business development activities
- Proficient using Microstation and associated design software with strong computer skills

- Prior experience working on Water Resources and Environment projects for federal, state, county, city, or local municipalities
