Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
• Five+ years in construction management, estimating, or craft supervision.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction and estimating teams in developing project estimates and proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assist with means and methods and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope, review quotes, and clarify exclusions.
• Conduct client assessments to determine scope and required resources.
• Prepare comprehensive project estimates from drawings, specs, takeoffs, and contracting requirements.
• Assist in technical proposals and bid schedule development.
• Manage startup operations: budget finalization, staffing, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Supervise construction to align with design, budget, and schedule; interface with clients and AE reps.
