Qualifications

• Experience leading civil projects from planning to completion.

• Proficient CAD drafting and design across multiple platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of civil projects (water, pipelines, bridges, land development).
• Use estimating tools to project costs and control budgets.
• Develop schedules to ensure milestones are met and deliveries on time.
• Oversee construction management, site supervision, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and project docs for stakeholders.
• Ensure hydraulics and water/wastewater designs meet standards; perform site visits.
