Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• At least ten years of construction management experience with multi-project leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across multiple projects and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Represent the company in high-stakes meetings and planning sessions.
• Manage financials of large contracts to protect company interests and client relations.
• Conduct client assessments to determine project scopes, resources and success criteria.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and plans for complex projects and oversee their development.
• Supervise project staff including on-site superintendents, engineers and admins.
• Ensure safety, risk management and compliance across all sites.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff in construction management and leadership.
