Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee planning and execution of water infrastructure projects, including treatment plants and pipelines. You will lead contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control while coordinating with clients and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in water/wastewater construction, at least two completed projects, and a valid driver's license with travel flexibility.

• 5+ years in Water/Wastewater construction.
• At least 2 completed water/wastewater projects.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and construction of water resources projects.
• Lead contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and foster trust and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage CPM schedules and monthly progress reports.
• Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry
• At least 2 completed projects in water/wastewater infrastructure
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Salary: $110,000- $160,000 depending on experience + bonuses.
