Job summary

Ziglift Material Handling is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate internal resources and vendors, working closely with sales, clients, and vendors to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.

Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, creating material lists, scheduling deliveries, and developing project plans with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management/coordination experience required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Prelim Engineering preferred (5 years).
• Direct industry-specific experience in pallet racking & warehouse systems (5 years) required.
• Proficient in NetSuite (preferred).
• Proficient in project tracking in a project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Analyze project blueprints and develop material lists.
• Ensure timely delivery and meet deadlines.
• Schedule product delivery and installation; oversee logistics.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the project lifecycle and ensure timelines/expectations are met.
• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for QA.
