Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager VI in Los Angeles, California.

Job Duties include:

  1. Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
  2. Accountable for all facets of the project constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
  3. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
  4. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Day to Day Duties Include:

  1. Managing all facets of pre-con, bid & award, Construction to close-out of all assigned projects.
  2. Reporting to internal and external partners
  3. Coordinate with Agencies having jurisdictions
  4. Manage budget and schedules
  5. Manage daily activities
  6. Change order review and negotiations
  7. Manage consultants of the client
  8. FFE Coordination
  9. Other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. BA/BS + 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of experience
  2. California School experience (DSA)
  3. BIM
  4. LEED cert
  5. Formal construction partnering experience
  6. Safety & OSHA familiarity

Additional Information

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $145,481.00 - $269,139.00.
