BENTLEY SYSTEMS, INC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects while collaborating extensively with various stakeholders to maximize outcomes. This role emphasizes risk management, project deliverables within scope and budget, and effective communication across departments.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other Project Management tool required.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management training strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for project planning and documentation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within stipulated scope and budget.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Act as a key contact for communication between internal departments.
• Contribute to the development of processes for best practices in project management.
