Honolulu-based construction services company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and construction projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes ownership, leadership, safety, and budget adherence across multiple simultaneous projects.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience in construction or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to deliver quality results on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction/engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience reviewing plans, specs, schedules, and docs.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and subs.
• Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing, and profitability.
• Review progress and address challenges to keep on schedule.
• Work with field teams, superintendents, estimators, and coordinators.
• Prepare change orders and supporting project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements on each project.
