They are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee the successful planning and delivery of some of Florida’s most prestigious ultra-luxury custom homes.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering fully custom luxury homes. To be considered, you must have direct experience managing and delivering ultra-luxury custom residential projects valued at $40M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale, ultra-luxury custom residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders and cost controls to ensure successful project performance.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership representatives.
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, approvals, selections, and procurement to maintain progress and proactively resolve potential delays or conflicts.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and key stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Must have direct experience managing and delivering ultra-luxury custom residential projects valued at $40M+.
• Demonstrated experience managing the construction of high-end custom residences in Florida.
• A strong track record of successfully managing large, technically complex, architecturally significant residential projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Deep understanding of ultra-luxury residential construction, including budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, change management, high-end finishes, custom detailing, complex MEP systems, and specialty trades.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
