In Los Angeles County, CA, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead project teams, report to the EVP, and supervise project staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the project team to meet objectives, providing clear communication, coordination, and follow‑up.
• Oversee ongoing training and mentoring of project staff.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for senior management.
• Provide project information and reviews as required by management.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Define and communicate scope, schedule, and budget to management and all project participants, including the client.
• Control overall project and discipline schedules and budgets.
• Track schedule and budget progress against milestones, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Secure approvals for changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
• Maintain client communication, adjusting deliverables to meet contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with OHL North America policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Heavy civil construction background with over five years of field experience.
• Experience managing multiple project engineers.
• Safety orientation with preferred 10‑hour and 30‑hour OSHA certifications.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Capacity to access all points of a construction site in varied climates and environments.

Compensation

Base salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (Los Angeles County, CA).
