Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager (PE) to join our Greenville or Rock Hill, SC team. You will lead design teams and support business development while mentoring staff in a growing firm with a long-standing regional presence.

Qualified candidates have a PE in SC, 8+ years highway design experience, and strong DOT standards knowledge, plus excellent communication and leadership skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of South Carolina.
• 8+ years of highway design experience.
• Proven understanding of DOT design standards.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.
• Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• Strong active listening and team building skills.
• Possess valid driver's license.

What You Will Be Doing:
