Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Assemble internal and external resources for complex projects involving multiple teams and service lines.
• Serve as the primary contact for project workshare coordination.
• Lead project teams through phases: Pursuit, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Close Out.
• Perform marketing and business development during pursuit.
• Evaluate project opportunities, workload, risks, and profitability during initiation.
• Create project scope, proposals, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and budgets during planning.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders during execution.
• Ensure project delivery, conduct quality reviews, and close out projects systematically.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Experience with Department of Transportation design principles and submittal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, construction management, engineering, GIS, geography, landscape architecture, planning, surveying, or related field (preferred).
• Six years of related experience, or five with an advanced degree for PE candidates.
• Strong knowledge of discipline philosophies, project management practices, and techniques.
• Ability to work in teams, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Effective negotiation skills and high professional standards.
• Proven project management success and initiative.
• Ability to manage project investments, expenses, and receivables.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines independently.
• Desire and ability to mentor staff.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Benefits

Salary range: $88,800 - $142,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
