Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented NEPA/PD&E Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve our top clients by delivering challenging NEPA/PD&E projects.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Technical expertise in the NEPA process and related disciplines.
• Experience with highway/bridge projects, especially with Florida DOT.
• Organizational skills to lead and deliver environmental projects.
• Commitment to teamwork and leadership.
• Relationship-building skills to foster client partnerships.

Candidates must live within commuting distance of a Florida Parsons office or be willing to relocate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with pursuit strategies using industry experience and client knowledge.
• Identify key pursuits and lead efforts including proposals, interviews, and presentations.
• Develop and refine project scopes.
• Negotiate contracts and scope changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams during project delivery.
• Lead progress meetings and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for follow-up work.

Required Skills:

• Experience delivering major FDOT NEPA/PD&E projects.
• Experience managing projects from concept to LDCA, EA, or EIS stages.
• Proven ability to identify and target pursuits.
• Leadership in pursuit efforts including team development and scheduling.
• Experience serving as project manager and client interface for NEPA/PD&E work.
• Negotiation experience for contracts and staffing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 12+ years of experience.
• Strong management, communication, and business skills.
• Report development skills.

Desired Skills:

• Florida professional registration.
• Knowledge of FDOT PD&E Manual and related guidelines.
• Graphics development and final design experience.
