Consertus is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission and substation programs for a major Southern California electric utility. The role requires on-site presence in Pomona, CA on Mondays and Tuesdays, with additional field visits and meetings as needed.
You will oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, coordinating with engineering, construction, environmental, and procurement teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

The Project Manager - Transmission & Substation Programs will support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex electric utility capital projects for a major Southern California electric utility.
This role will work closely with engineering, construction, project controls, operations, environmental, permitting, procurement, contractors, consultants, and utility stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background managing electric utility, transmission, substation, power delivery, or other major infrastructure projects and is comfortable working within a highly regulated and technically complex project environment.
This position requires on-site presence in Pomona, California on Mondays and Tuesdays , with additional attendance required for engineering job walks, field visits, project meetings, and other project needs.
