The Project Controls Analyst - Transmission & Substation Programs will provide project controls and analytical support for complex transmission, substation, and utility capital projects for a major Southern California electric utility. This role will support cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, risk, performance measurement, and project reporting. The Project Controls Analyst will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, construction personnel, procurement, finance, contractors, consultants, and utility stakeholders to maintain accurate project information and support informed project decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience supporting utility, power, transmission, substation, engineering, construction, or other major capital programs and is comfortable working with complex schedules, budgets, forecasts, project data, financial information, and performance reporting. This position requires on-site presence in Pomona, California on Mondays and Tuesdays, with additional attendance required for site visits, engineering job walks, project meetings, and other project needs.
